Renters Left Hanging in the Center in...
With the present wave of foreclosures that has swept the region, that we desire will diminish after the not long ago announced bailouts, a lot of renters are obtaining themselves in the middle between loan companies and their landlord who is now the foreclosed on proprietor. They are finding themselves homeless, like the Smiths, soon after their cash-strapped landlord stopped producing mortgage payments or could only make partial payments and their homes, condos, townhouses or apartment buildings have been foreclosed upon, even while they have been creating their monthly rent payments.
